What HHHunt Has in Store for 2022

2022 is shaping up to be an exciting year at HHHunt. With over a dozen new apartment home, planned, and new home communities in the works across Virginia and North Carolina, HHHunt is continuing to deliver on its Vision to improve the world and how people live by creating meaningful experiences and places of great distinction. Here are just a few of the projects HHHunt has in store for 2022.

Expanding Our Apartment Living Opportunities in Charlotte and Raleigh Markets

HHHunt has a long history in North Carolina. Since the 1980s, we’ve grown into one of the largest apartment living providers in the state. We are continuing to expand our presence in North Carolina with four new communities. At the end of 2020, HHHunt broke ground on a brand-new apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina. Abberly Liberty Crossing will include 320 one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes with a wide array of amenities. The community will offer luxury living with fresh designs and finishes and is expected to open later this year.

We also recently broke ground on Abberly Commons in Charlotte and Abberly Alston in Cary. Both communities will include one- and two-bedroom apartments that offer luxury living, such as Shaker-style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood-style flooring. As a result of HHHunt’s partnership with ADT, all new apartment homes will feature an assortment of integrated smart home technology including smart hubs, smart thermostats and smart locks giving residents access to the latest in smart home security technology.

Abberly Royal Creek in Fuquay-Varina is also scheduled to break ground soon. The community will boast lots of amenities tailored to residents and their pets. For example, the community will feature an outdoor pet park, pet spa and pet lounge. The pet lounge is connected to the pet spa and is a space for residents and their pets to hang out and socialize inside. It’s designed just for pets!

Five New Planned Communities in Richmond Region

HHHunt Communities will be developing five new planned communities in the Richmond, Virginia region over the next several years. Charter Colony West is a return to our award-winning community, Charter Colony. This expansion includes 495 new homes as part of individual villages. Future homeowners will be full members of the Charter Colony Foundation with the opportunity to enjoy existing parks, trails, pools, clubhouses, a sports court, an amphitheater, sand volleyball court and frequent community events.

The Aire at Westchester will present as an upscale, timeless destination that is also approachable and attainable. This unique community is sure to become one of Richmond’s most sought-after places to live, work and play. The Aire will have something for everyone, with a total of 2,215 residential homes including apartments, condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes.

The Pointe At Twin Hickory is conveniently located in Glen Allen, Virginia, and planned to offer 105 condominium homes at the corner of Twin Hickory Lake Dr. and Pouncey Tract Road. Future homeowners will enjoy community amenities including walking trails, tennis courts and nearby dining and shopping.

Finally, two new townhome communities are also in the works. Parkside Townes will offer up to 125 brand-new, low-maintenance, luxury living townhomes in Henrico County’s east end. Kinwick, in the City of Richmond, will include 140 homesites, sidewalks and a community park. This community will bring new residents to the area which will support local businesses. The community will be attractive to first-time home buyers, professionals, teachers, emergency responders, empty nesters, and many others and be an added asset to the already established community.

New Home Opportunities in Richmond, Hampton Roads and Raleigh

HHHunt Homes is growing in Richmond, Hampton Roads, and Raleigh! In Richmond, we recently launched new sections in Mosaic at West Creek, Magnolia Green Townhomes, and Maidstone Village. Each of these communities offers low-maintenance living townhomes so that you can spend more time enjoying life and less on home maintenance.

In Hampton Roads, we’re putting the final touches on our highly sought-after Meadows Landing community in Suffolk. This charming community at the corner of Turlington Road and Jackson Road is just minutes from great shopping, dining and entertainment in downtown Suffolk. Meadows Landing also includes easy access to Route 58. We also have our River Highlands community in Suffolk where scenic views await. This brand-new community features spacious single-family homes with one or two-story options.
