One Company, One Vision: HHHunt Unites for a Team Rally

Raleigh, NC – On March 20th, HHHunt team members from across six states came together for the One Company, One Vision Rally—a dynamic event celebrating unity, innovation and excellence.

The rally featured an engaging aviation-themed experience, a plated lunch and an inspiring keynote from Waldo Waldman, a real-life Top Gun and renowned leadership expert. His powerful message on excellence, teamwork and growth mindsets resonated across the room. Team members also participated in a live video Q&A with the Executive Committee, fostering transparency and deeper connections within the company.

Mike Hamilton | Service Manager

Mike Hamilton is the 2024 Employee of the Year winner on our Apartment Living team. As Service Manager at Abberly Solaire in Garner, NC, Mike is known for his commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering a positive, respectful environment for both residents and team members. His strong communication skills and collaborative approach ensure that everyone feels heard and valued. Trustworthy and dependable, Mike leads by example—always one of the first to arrive and the last to leave. His dedication extends beyond his daily responsibilities, as he actively engages in the community and is always among the first to volunteer. Through his hard work, reliability and passion for service, Mike makes a lasting impact on those around him.

Vicky Gates | New Home Advisor

Vicky Gates is the 2024 Employee of the Year winner on our HHHunt Homes and Home Builder Services team. She is a driving force behind the team’s success, culture and community impact. Known for her genuine nature and ability to foster open communication, Vicky is a trusted resource for guidance and support. She actively listens, collaborates seamlessly across teams and ensures everyone is aligned toward shared goals. A strategic thinker, she proactively identifies challenges and develops creative solutions to overcome neighborhood objections, helping the team not only meet but exceed corporate objectives. Her passion is contagious, bringing energy, enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does. Melanie Swift | Staff Accountant

Melanie Swift is the 2024 Employee of the Year winner on our HHHunt Corporate Services team. She is known for delivering on her commitments with precision, earning the confidence of those around her.
