At HHHunt, our team embraces the season by finding meaningful ways to spread warmth, foster connections and celebrate the spirit of community. Here’s how we make the holidays memorable for everyone—from our residents and homeowners to our team members and the communities we call home!

Apartment Living: Festive Fun at Every Turn

Our Apartment Living team worked hard to spread holiday cheer with heartwarming events, meaningful volunteer opportunities and creative activities. Residents gathered for community events like Thanksgiving feasts, Holiday Happy Hours and festive events like holiday photos with Santa and tree lighting ceremonies. Giving back was also at the heart of the season, with initiatives like Toys for Tots and our annual food drive showcasing the generosity of our residents. Adding a playful twist, activities like the “Battle of the Balconies” encouraged everyone to showcase their creativity and competitive nature by turning homes into dazzling displays and fostering a sense of camaraderie.

Homes: Warm Welcomes and Festive Flourishes

At HHHunt Homes, our New Home Advisors (NHAs) ensured that everyone—prospective homeowners, current homeowners and realtors—felt the warmth of the season! On Sundays before our model tours, some communities set up hot cocoa bars, allowing guests to relax, chat and soak in the festive atmosphere. It was a perfect way to encourage conversations between current and future homeowners. To show our appreciation for realtor partners, thoughtful gifts were prepared to spread extra cheer. We strive to make the homebuying journey as joyful and inviting as the holiday season.

Andrea Febres, a real estate agent with Spring Hill Real Estate, shared her thoughts about the hot cocoa bar at Innsbrook Square Townhomes:

Planned Communities: Celebrating Together in Style

Our Homeowners Association (HOA) team led the charge in spreading holiday cheer within our planned communities at HHHunt. Homeowners in Charter Colony were treated to a magical holiday parade featuring a surprise visit from Santa, officially kicking off the season with excitement. The celebrations continued with holiday wine tastings and lively community parties, bringing everyone together to share smiles and stories. At River Mill, a chili cook-off added a challenge, warming souls and sparking some friendly competition. Through these events, neighbors were able to connect and create memories that made this holiday season special.

Corporate: Fostering Gratitude and Cheer

The holidays are a time to appreciate our incredible team members, and we embrace that at the corporate level. We began the season with our annual Corporate Offices Thanksgiving potlucks, where team members came together to enjoy delicious food and express gratitude. Business area leaders also organized holiday-themed outings throughout the season to celebrate their teams' hard work and dedication. To further express our appreciation, the HHHunt Executive Committee gifted all team members a holiday gift, a token of thanks for everything they’ve contributed throughout the year. Team members enjoyed the gift of time off, as the office was closed for key holidays, allowing everyone to focus on what matters most: loved ones, rest and celebration. We’re grateful for our amazing team during the holidays and every day.
