LaCole Gadson Receives Lifetime Achievement Award from the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia

We are pleased to announce that LaCole Gadson, Director of Operations at HHHunt Apartment Living, was recognized for her advocacy in the multifamily industry and received the 2023 Lifetime Achievement Award from the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia (SC). Congratulations on this well-deserved honor! LaCole's journey with HHHunt began in 2010 as the Community Manager of the new lease-up, Abberly Village, in West Columbia, SC. Her outstanding performance earned her the prestigious title of Community Manager of the Year in 2013, and she has since climbed the ranks, most recently holding the position of Senior Regional Manager before assuming her current role as Director of Operations. LaCole has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the College of Charleston and has acquired the esteemed designations of Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Professional Supervisor (CAPS) through the National Apartment Association. She recently served as the President of the Apartment Association of Greater Columbia.
