Hans Klinger Inducted as the 2025 President of the Home Builders Association of Virginia

We are excited to announce Hans Klinger, Vice President of Real Estate Development at HHHunt, has been inducted as the 2025 President of the Home Builders Association of Virginia (HBAV). The ceremony took place on January 28, 2025.

Hans has been a key member of HHHunt since 2000, playing an instrumental role in leading real estate development efforts across Virginia and North Carolina. His expertise in land feasibility, securing entitlements and fostering strong partnerships has contributed to the success of numerous planned communities. Hans is a licensed professional engineer in Virginia and holds a BS in Civil Engineering and Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, as well as an MBA from the University of Richmond.
