HHHunt's Ed Shaffer Teaches CAM-T Course to GCAA Service Teams

SHARE

HHHunt is proud to recognize Ed Shaffer, Director of Maintenance Operations for HHHunt Apartment Living, for his contributions to the training and development of multifamily service team members through the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAM-T) program. Ed was invited to teach two sections of the CAM-T course for members of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) service teams in September.

Ed taught the sections on electrical repair and maintenance on September 4th and 5th and appliance repair and maintenance on September 25th and 26th. His expertise and dedication were evident as he shared valuable knowledge with participants eager to improve their skills.

“I am still of the belief to try and pass my knowledge on to the next generation of service people in our industry,” says Shaffer.

With 25 years as a member of the GCAA faculty, Ed has made a lasting impact on the multifamily industry. He serves on the GCAA Education Foundation board of directors and was inducted into the GCAA Education Hall of Fame in 2022. Ed’s impressive career does not stop his commitment to passing his extensive knowledge on to current and future service team members, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle the demands of the industry.

HHHunt is honored to have such a dedicated leader on our team, and we are grateful for Ed’s ongoing contributions to both our organization and the broader multifamily community.
