Ed Shaffer Inducted into Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) Education Hall of Fame

We are excited to announce that Ed Schaffer, our Director of Maintenance Operations for HHHunt Apartment Living, was inducted into the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association (GCAA) Education Hall of Fame at the Annual Bravo Awards on December 9th!

Ed was recognized for his significant contributions to the association, where he has been an instructor for more than two decades, teaching the CAMT (Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technicians) curriculum. In addition, when the GCAA decided to launch the ACCESS Program to embed the CAMT curriculum into Charlotte-Mecklenburg high schools, Ed answered the call to help build the program and teach.

With over 35 years of experience in service and maintenance operations in the multifamily industry, Ed is a recognized facilities expert. He is a member of the Greater Charlotte Education Foundation Board of Directors and the GCAA Education Advisory Council. Ed has also served as a subject matter expert at the NAA's Apartmentalize Conference.
