That is why our apartment home communities offer resident engagement activities such as parties, events, contests and more. These activities offer a fantastic opportunity to meet with fellow residents and come together around shared interests. Some resident events include Wine & Paint nights, food truck courts, pumpkin carving contests, gingerbread house contests, 4^th of July pool parties and much more. These events make a big difference in our residents' lives and create a great sense of community in our apartment-living communities.

Giving Back to Local Communities

One of our brand promises is to be An Engaged Community Partner. Every year, our HHHunt Apartment Living team and residents partner together to volunteer with charities and nonprofits in our local communities. One of our signature volunteer programs includes a Holiday Food Drive, where we collect non-perishable food items and donate them to local food shelters. Another signature program is our back-to-school backpack drive. Residents and team members gather supplies for K-8 students, so they have everything they need to start the year off on the right foot. Other volunteer activities include supporting local chapters of the SPCA, Habitat for Humanity, Wreaths Across America, and others.
