We recently spoke with Lance Goss, HHHunt Vice President of Apartment Living, about a number of new apartment communities planned in North Carolina. He shared a few details about Abberly Liberty Crossing and as we prepare for the manor building to open, we thought it would be fun to take a closer look at HHHunt’s newest apartment home community. Ranging from 672 square feet to over 1,350 square feet, the apartments are designed to maximize space, privacy and an open setting. These modern apartments for rent also boast designer finishes such as Shaker-style cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and wood-style flooring.

Plus, smart home technology from ADT is included in all Abberly Liberty Crossing apartments. As a result of HHHunt’s partnership with ADT, these apartment homes feature an assortment of integrated smart home devices including smart hubs, smart thermostats and smart locks giving residents access to the latest in smart home security technology.

Abberly Liberty Crossing’s location makes it truly special. Residents can conveniently get to I-77 and I-485 without going through a stoplight. Additionally, residents enjoy easy access to I-85. Abberly Liberty Crossing includes a variety of amazing amenities for residents, such as an adrenaline cardio and strength studio with separate studio space with on-demand technology, a private pool with a large sundeck and in-water seating, an outdoor entertainment area, miles of sidewalks, pocket parks, a bark park, car care center and car charging stations, valet trash removal, elevator access and a spacious clubhouse that includes a demo kitchen, technology lounge, vintage arcade games and billiard and foosball social lounge.

Of course, we can’t forget about those fur babies. This community offers pet-friendly apartments for rent, just like all HHHunt apartment homes. Abberly Liberty Crossing doesn’t have any breed restrictions and allows residents to have three pets (two dogs maximum).
