A Look Back at 2021 With HHHunt Communities

At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters and HHHunt Communities has been delivering on that promise. We focused on providing our homeowners with amazing lifestyle-focused amenities, new home offerings, and social events in our planned communities. We wanted to take this opportunity to look back at all we accomplished in 2021.

Welcoming BlueStar Resort & Golf to Mosaic at West Creek

Earlier this year, we welcomed one of our newest partners – BlueStar Resort & Golf. BlueStar Resort & Golf is a boutique management firm focused on supporting 55+ planned communities. Their expertise is in all aspects of hospitality management – including golf, spa, food and beverage, community clubs and more. They also provide full-scale landscape services in certain locations. Their portfolio spans literally from coast to coast, with many beautiful locations in between. BlueStar provides most of the lifestyle programming at Mosaic at West Creek.

Over the past year, homeowners and guests have had the opportunity to participate in events including cooking demonstrations, happy hours, holiday-themed contests and fitness/wellness classes. Krisa Creech, Lifestyle Director, and Cara Bitzer, Concierge, are leading the BlueStar team at Mosaic and have become very popular with homeowners! Through their outgoing personalities and desire for feedback, Krisa and Cara are constantly creating amazing opportunities to socialize and learn new things.

Introduced the Connexion at Wescott

In April, we introduced The Connexion at Wescott to homeowners. This brand-new amenity center offers a dynamic, multi-function space perfect for gathering or the work-from-home lifestyle. The Connexion features a community room, conference room, coffee bar, outdoor patio with grilling stations, and spacious phone booths that can be used as private offices or meeting spaces.

If you’re working from home and would prefer a change of scenery, then The Connexion at Wescott is the perfect place for you. It offers a spacious conference room with seating for eight and state-of-the-art video conferencing equipment so that you can meet with anyone at any time. Looking for a little less space? The Connexion also features a huddle area and two private phone booths that can be used as private offices or small meeting spaces. The best part – homeowners will have access to the smart technology and wi-fi at The Connexion.

Completed Development at Rutland Grove

Over the summer, we finished the development of our Rutland Grove community and celebrated this milestone with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. All the on-site amenities are now finished, and all lots have been turned over to our signature home building partners. The on-site amenities include a tot lot with play equipment for kids as well as our gazebo next to the fishing pond. We also completed construction on the walking trails surrounding the community.

Rutland Grove homeowners have access to all the amenities in Rutland including the community clubhouse (The Rutland House), swimming pool, playground area and walking paths. Residents will be members of the Rutland Homeowners' Association and will enjoy planned social activities and events such as Food Truck Fridays, National Night Out and Cookies with Santa!
