• First Year: During the first year of homeownership, warranty coverage includes most areas of the home’s interior and exterior, such as air conditioning, heating, and roofing.  A PWSC Manual is provided at the time of signing your purchase agreement, and details exactly what is covered during the first year.
• Second Year: During the second year of owning the home, the warranty coverage includes workmanship of the air conditioning, heating, plumbing and the electrical systems that are in the walls and ceilings (behind the drywall).  This is also detailed in the PWSC Manual.
• 10 Years: From the date of closing, the home has 10-year warranty coverage on Defined Structural Element Failure as outlined in the PWSC Manual.
