At HHHunt, our commitment to giving back is at the heart of everything we do, reflected in our Brand Promise to be Engaged Community Partners. Every month, our teams participate in initiatives that align with our passion for service and our dedication to creating lasting impacts. This October, we focused our efforts on hurricane relief and supporting those affected by the recent storms. Here’s a closer look at our recent volunteer efforts:
In response to the widespread impact of Hurricane Helene, the HHHunt team held a company-wide donation drive to support affected communities. Across our corporate offices in Blacksburg, Raleigh and Richmond, employees collected supplies to help those in need. Raleigh partnered with the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle, Blacksburg worked with the United Way and Richmond assembled “Disaster Buckets” packed with critical items. From non-perishable food to baby necessities, our teams ensured no detail was overlooked, showcasing our team's passion for making a difference during difficult times.
HHHunt’s Apartment Living communities also played a crucial role by organizing drives in each region and partnering with organizations like Operations Drop Relief Drive and the Diaper Bank of North Carolina to maximize their impact. One standout effort was Abberly Pointe in Beaufort, SC, where the team rallied residents and the surrounding neighborhoods for a community-wide donation, collecting key items such as tarps, can openers and first aid kits. These essentials were then delivered to Shellring Ale Works, which ensured they reached the places hit hardest by the hurricane.
On October 18th, Abberly Pointe partnered with OneBlood to host the Big Red Bus for a blood drive in our community. Our team, along with numerous residents, came together to donate blood during a time of urgent need. The generous contributions not only help local hospitals but could also assist patients affected by recent hurricanes. The generosity and compassion shown by Abberly Pointe exemplifies what it means to be an Engaged Community Partner.
Throughout October, the HHHunt Team demonstrated our brand promise to be Engaged Community Partners by leading impactful hurricane relief efforts. We are proud to recognize the efforts of our team members who have contributed their time, talents and financial support to the relief efforts. If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to join a team that lives its promises, we invite you to explore career opportunities with us and help shape a better future with HHHunt.
We’re glad you’re here, and we’d love to connect with you.
