Jonathan Ridout Inducted as the President of the Home Building Association of Richmond

We are pleased to announce Jonathan Ridout, Vice President of Real Estate Development at HHHunt and General Manager of HHHunt Communities, was inducted as the 2024 President of the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR). The ceremony took place on December 6, 2023. 

Jonathan, a key member of HHHunt Communities since 2005, has played a vital role in the development of various planned communities in Virginia and North Carolina. His achievements extend to successful partnerships with Henrico and Hanover Counties, contributing to infrastructure projects and zoning ordinance improvements. Jonathan has a background in Urban Planning, holding a BS from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from the College of William and Mary. In addition to HBAR, he is an active member of the Chesterfield County Chamber of Commerce.
