At HHHunt, we take pride in our dedication to our Brand Promises, which drives everything we do. While other companies build places to live, at HHHunt, we create a better way of life. In 2023, we delivered on our promise to be Employee Centered, Customer Focused, A Provider of Quality Products and Services and An Engaged Community Partner. We invite you to explore how our Corporate priorities and achievements seamlessly align with our brand's core mission, vision, promises and values.
Employee Centered
We cared for our employees by enhancing our wellness programs, providing exclusive discounts, offering diverse educational opportunities and strengthening leadership through values-based training.
- Wellness: In 2023, we redefined what wellness means at HHHunt. By creating dedicated intranet pages for each of our four wellness pillars, team members were educated on the aspects of physical, financial, intellectual, educational, social and spiritual wellness at HHHunt. Along with these vibrant and informative web pages, we embarked on a company-wide journey to explore these pillars, learning more about them and participating in wellness challenges.
- Team Member Discounts: Our benefits team worked diligently to provide a myriad of discounts and services from nationwide vendors which are meaningful and add value to our everyday life. These include access to Medicare enrollment assistance, gym membership for team members and families through Planet Fitness and the YMCA, national access to purchasing power platform, discount services with Tickets-at-Work for fun-filled events, Verizon Wireless and Sherwin Williams to name just a few.
- HHHunt University: Our Learning and Development Team organized a diverse range of educational classes and training workshops with flexible attendance options. Additionally, resources were made available through the platform, covering topics such as time management and navigating a multi-generational workplace. HHHunt University remains committed to passing on valuable lessons accumulated over the years, offering in-person and online classes to a new generation of professionals.
- Values-Based Leadership: Leaders from all areas of the company completed the Value-Based Leadership course through Innerwill Leadership Institute. This intensive nine-month program delved into the profound impact our core values can have on effective leadership.
Customer Focused
In addition to the customer-focused initiatives delivered by each business area, HHHunt Corporation leaned into creating a brand-new improved online experience for our customers.
- We got social. We connected with 39,306 fans and followers on our social media platforms. In addition, we launched accounts for Abberly Alston and Abberly Commons on Facebook and Instagram. Social media drove 3% (2,838 new users) of our traffic for HHHunt.com, which has a 26% conversion rate.
- We informed our customers and business partners. We emailed monthly communications to our customers and business partners. We ensured 9,979 people were informed on all things HHHunt including new products and newsworthy updates. HHHunt Communities kept over 7,817 people informed on development updates.
Quality Products and Services
We worked hard to deliver quality products, whether a new community amenity, a new floor plan or an engaging online presence. We love it when our industry peers and customers recognize our hard work.
- Abberly Riverwalk. We completed the work to obtain one new apartment living community in Tennessee in 2023. Corporate Services teams including Finance and Accounting, Land Acquisition and Zoning, Business Technology Systems and Marketing worked together behind the scenes to ensure this deal was secured.
Engaged Community Partner
In addition to the volunteer initiatives demonstrated by each business area, HHHunt Corporation led two successful company-wide initiatives. We give back to the communities we serve by completing volunteer efforts.
- Annual Food Drive. HHHunt’s 2023 food drive collected over 4,000 food items to go to food banks in Maryland, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia. For each food item donated, HHHunt matched $1.00 to the local food banks for a total of $4,000.
- Annual Back-To-School Supply Drive. HHHunt held its annual back-to-school drive and collected over 5,000 items that were donated to schools in and around our communities.
Throughout 2023, HHHunt remained committed to our Brand Promises, ensuring a better way of life for our employees, customers and communities. We look forward to continuing this journey and building a better way of life for everyone we serve.
