Multifamily Construction, New Home Construction and Project Management

Our construction teams are at the heart of some of the most innovative and exciting real estate projects in the Southeast U.S. in multifamily and new home construction. Team members play significant roles in new projects from their inception to the day they open to the public. Tasks vary by position and include developing scopes of work, procuring materials, creating project schedules, sub-contractor management, and delivering each home or community on time.

The construction teams work in an ever-changing environment, so ideal candidates can think quickly on their feet, communicate effectively, and make important decisions to keep projects on track. While the right mix of experience and training is required, we also offer an intensive 90-day onboarding to set our team members up for success. We have a variety of positions from a Construction Manager in New Home Construction to a Project Manager or Superintendent of Multifamily Construction and more.
