HHHunt Homes Wins Multiple Awards in 2022 Richmond Parade of Homes

HHHunt Homes was among the big winners at the 2022 Richmond Parade of Homes Awards Breakfast on September 30, 2022. The Parade of Homes awards recognized the most astounding homes and home features in this year’s Parade of Homes event. The largest scattered-site home show in Central Virginia, 2022 marks the 71st anniversary of the Parade of Homes and boasts over 55 stunning new homes throughout the region.

HHHunt Homes received several prestigious Parade of Homes awards across three of its new home communities in the Richmond region:

• Single-Family Furnished Best Bath and Silver Award: The Element floor plan in Twin Rivers was recognized for its incredible bath and overall design in the $400,000-$499,000 Single-Family Furnished category. Twin Rivers is the newest neighborhood of Meadowville Landing, a prestigious riverfront community in Chesterfield County offering low-maintenance living.
• Furnished Townhomes Best Bath: The Davenport floor plan in Wescott won the award for best bath in the $400,000-$499,000 Furnished Townhomes category. Wescott is an urban-inspired community developed by HHHunt Communities in Midlothian, Virginia.
• Furnished Townhomes Best Kitchen and Best Bath: The Sage floorplan in Mosaic at West Creek was another double winner, taking home awards for best kitchen and best bath in the $500,000 - $599,000 Furnished Townhomes category. Mosaic at West Creek is HHHunt Communities’ premier 55+ community in Goochland, Virginia.
