HHHunt Homes’ The Drake Wins at 2023 Richmond Parade of Homes

HHHunt Homes was among the winners at the 2023 Richmond Parade of Homes Awards Breakfast on October 5, 2023. The Parade of Homes Awards recognizes the most astounding homes and home features in the Annual Richmond Parade of Homes, the largest and longest-standing home show in Virginia, spanning seven decades. This year’s Parade of Homes features 49 homes ranging from the mid $300s to over $1 million.

We are honored to announce that our newest model home in Innsbrook Square, The Drake, won five awards in the Furnished Townhome $500,000-$599,000: Gold, Silver, Best Bath, Best Kitchen and Best Curb Appeal. The Drake is a four-story luxury townhome ranging from 2,082 - 2,115 sq. ft. with up to three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a sky-view terrace.
