HHHunt Communities Partners With C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue

We love seeing our team members living out our Brand Promise to be an Engaged Community Partner. This spring, our HHHunt Communities team members partnered with Capital Area Rescue Effort (C.A.R.E.) Dog Rescue. C.A.R.E. rescues orphaned or abandoned dogs, often from shelters with high euthanasia rates, and selectively works hard to find them safe and loving permanent homes. Care for the dogs begins immediately upon their arrival, including vet examinations, vaccinations, spaying and neutering, heartworm and other parasite testing and preventatives. 

The HHHunt Communities team spent the afternoon completing several tasks to help maintain the facility. The team had a long to-do list which they completed with no problem: spreading pea gravel in the outside dog runs, cleaning up leaves and outside debris, power washing fences, dog houses, replacing rotten wood around dog runs, re-built deteriorating stairs on the outside hill, built a new bench to sit and play with dogs in a large outside run and built a new large agility ramp. The team’s efforts helped C.A.R.E. to function efficiently and keep the dogs healthy and safe until they find a home to call their own. We’re so proud of the HHHunt Communities team for their hard work and continuing to be an Engaged Community Partner.
