HHHunt’s Apartment Living division partnered with ADT, a leading provider of security and smart home technology services, to introduce a new smart home technology package in over 7,700 apartment homes. This new package allows our residents to personalize their apartment’s features to their exact specifications including pre-programmed settings for lighting, temperature and more.

The Smart Home package has also resulted in quicker responses for maintenance requests and ensures residents can control most settings from anywhere. It’s no surprise that these new tools have been embraced by so many residents and have become popular features in our apartment homes.
