At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters and that homeowners should enjoy more than just their homes. They deserve a community where neighbors can build new friendships, share experiences and participate in programming designed specifically for them. During this holiday season, we want to share some of the ways HHHunt and our partners are enhancing the lifestyles of our homeowners. We caught up with some of the lifestyle teams in our communities, including the Lifestyle Director of Mosaic at West Creek, Lisa Ertel. She said it best,
“The holidays are a time for traditions old and new. We enjoy planning events that bring neighbors together to celebrate the season. In recent weeks, we have enjoyed a Gingerbread House Workshop, Tacky Light Tour, Christmas Caroling and Hanukkah celebrations. It is very rewarding to see neighbors enjoying the lifestyle.”
When we think about the holidays, we think about gathering with friends and family for parties. When you purchase a home in many of our neighborhoods, we bring the holiday festivities to you! For example, homeowners in our Magnolia Green Townhomes at Palisades Cove neighborhood have many family-friendly options, including a Santa Brunch, Polar Express movie night and a holiday light show! Our future homeowners at The Pointe at Twin Hickory can also look forward to many fun events hosted by the Twin Hickory community, like the recent Ugly Sweater & Cookie Contest. These events are open to homeowners and their family members, so you will always have plenty to do if you have family members nearby or visiting for the season.
If you are looking for social programming centered around 55+ homeowners, our Mosaic at West Creek community offers plenty of options, including the Deck the Halls holiday social. Homeowners gathered to spruce up The Conservatory with garlands, bows and wreaths while enjoying light snacks and festive holiday beverages. Mosaic homeowners also hit the road with a Richmond Tacky Lights Tour. James River Limousine guided participants to some of the most colorful and tacky homes and destinations around the Greater Richmond region.
If you’re interested in enrichment programming and lifelong learning, we’ve got you covered this holiday season! Our River Mill community recently held a Cocktails and Canapés Class with Chef Christine from Mise En Place. Homeowners enjoyed a demonstration of the holidays’ best shareable snacks and beverages with samples and take-home recipes included. At Mosaic at West Creek, homeowners enjoyed a few demo-style classes, from making the perfect holiday-inspired cocktails with Salt and Acid to decorating sugar cookies with Scuffletown Sweets.
As Lisa Ertel alluded, some of our communities also host religious holiday events for homeowners. On December 14th, Mosaic hosted a Christmas Carol Singalong. Hope Choir led homeowners through a fun-filled extravaganza of the most cherished Christmas carols of all time. A hot chocolate bar and cookies were available for all to enjoy. This community also hosted a Hanukkah Open House on December 17th, where homeowners enjoyed latkes and sufganiyot, a couple of traditional dishes during the Jewish festival.
No matter where you are looking, HHHunt offers a variety of options with easy access to shopping, dining and more during the holidays for your enjoyment. In Richmond, our Townes at Innsbrook Square community is within a very short distance of some of the best shops and dining in the Short Pump area, while our Wescott Condos are located along Hull Street with quick access to some of the most popular shops and restaurants in the region. We pride ourselves on offering desirable home options and amazing lifestyles in the most sought-after parts of Richmond, Hampton Roads and Raleigh.
At HHHunt, we believe it’s how you live that matters. We invite you to experience our new home offerings this holiday season!
We’re glad you’re here, and we’d love to connect with you.
