One of the most frequently asked questions we hear from prospective homeowners is what is covered under a home warranty? While these can vary greatly, we thought it would be a good time to share what is covered under an HHHunt Homes new home warranty.
First and foremost, it’s important for you to know that all HHHunt Homes include a Professional Warranty Service Corporation (“PWSC”) Builder’s Limited Warranty. When a new home goes under contract, a copy of the PWSC manual is given to the new homeowner. Then, upon closing, the warranty immediately goes into effect.
There are three parts to the warranty coverage, and we’ve highlighted them for you below:
HHHunt Homes takes pride in providing outstanding customer service to their customers, and we stand behind our home construction. That’s why we offer two homeowner warranty appointments during the first year of homeownership. The appointments occur 60-days after closing, and again 11-months following closing.
Each warranty service request is evaluated by an HHHunt Customer Service Representative to determine if the request is covered under the PWSC Builder’s Limited Warranty. Repairs will be performed on all covered requests. Those not covered will be discussed with homeowner.
At HHHunt, it's how you live that matters and we are pleased to provide answers to your pressing questions about new homeownership.
We’re glad you’re here, and we’d love to connect with you.
