HHHunt Wins Big at the 2024 MAME Awards

The Home Building Association of Richmond held its annual MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) Awards Gala on March 21st, 2024. The MAME Awards recognize residential real estate products, services, and professionals that have enhanced the quality of life for homeowners and residents in the Greater Richmond, Virginia, region.

HHHunt received several MAME Awards, including:

• Community of the Year with 501+ Homes: HHHunt received the top honor in the Community of the Year with 501+ homes category for Mosaic at West Creek in Goochland, VA.
• ‍Best Model Home Townhome/ Condominium Under $400K: The Devon at Wescott in Midlothian, VA, won the Best Model Home category for a townhome/condominium for under $400K.
• ‍Best Model Home Townhome/ Condominium $400-600K: The Drake at Innsbrook Square in Glen Allen, VA, won Best Model Home in the townhome/condominium for $400-600K.
• Best Website: Charter Colony in Midlothian, VA, won Best Website.
• Best Social Media: HHHunt Homes won Best Social Media.

HHHunt Homes team members were honored for sales volume over the past year. Specific winners included:

• ‍Platinum (at least $10 million individually): Amanda Kaltenschnee, Jeri Copeland, Joseph Farrar, Katie Heath, Victoria Gates and Whitney Linkenauger
• ‍Gold (at least $5 million individually): Hien Vo, Kelly Felts and Taylor Robertson
• Bronze (at least $1 million individually): Lori Williams
